The shortage of skilled workers, the increase in chronic diseases and demographic change pose a major challenge to the health system in Germany. In order to be able to continue to offer people care of the usual high quality in the future, the course must be set for new and innovative structures. The “gesundheitskompassBW” shows approaches and exemplary projects that can later serve as a basis for health care provision in the state of Baden-Württemberg.
