Health care in Baden-Württemberg is facing huge challenges. Demographic change, the increase in chronically ill patients as well as the worsening shortage of skilled workers require a more coordinated care landscape.
The web platform gesundheitskompassBW.de bundles new and innovative care projects with municipal participation.
On behalf of and in close cooperation with the Landkreistag Baden-Württemberg, we have developed and set up a web platform on the topic of sustainable health care in Baden-Württemberg. Sponsored by and in close coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Integration. The publicly accessible web platform, which bundles innovative care projects from the country, is intended to support municipal actors and decision-makers in the further development of regional health care on site. The state is thus paving the way for health care to continue to function in the countryside in the future. “By bundling the existing concepts in Baden-Württemberg, it will be much easier to obtain information. In addition, it becomes clear how far Baden-Württemberg has already come in the area of cross-sectoral care,” says Health Minister Manne Lucha. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Landkreistag Baden-Württemberg, especially to Ms Anne Hattler, for the great and committed cooperation.
